Costs per day: Chef de Partie (to support an existing team) £13.50/hour,  Sous Chef (to support your existing and working Head Chef) £14.50/hour and Head Chef (to run kitchen in Head Chef’s absence) £16.50/hour

Emergency Sickness Cover: £20/hour (on the day) or £17/hour (24 hours notice).
